Houston, Texas-The National Basketball League-United States announced today that the Gulf Coast Division will return for the 2023 season.
The division will be returning to the NBL-US after a Covid-19 stricken 2020-2022 season brought a sudden halt to the conference. The conference will be under the leadership of Landon Carmon a local businessman from Southwest, Louisiana.

The Gulf Coast division will feature six teams in 2023. New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Acadiana, Jeff Davis Parish, Southwest, Louisiana and Lake Charles, Louisiana will all have franchises.
Tryouts for all six teams will be held in Elton, Louisiana January 28th. The annual NBL-US draft will be held in Houston, Texas
NBL-United States is entering its 4th in 2023 and is scheduled to begin play in March.
